DESCRIPTION:This workshop is for those who want to gain knowledge in helping themselves\, their families and their friends through tapping the meridian lines throughout the body. \nLynda will teach you the art of tapping the meridian lines which in turn creates healing in the mind\, body and soul. \n\nTapping certain points on the body where the energy has become stagnant\, often creating pain in the physical body\nThe foggy mind\nTapping can help you deal with self sabotage\nTapping can help with phobias\nTapping can also help boost confidence\n\nWorkshop will run from : 10:30am – 4:00pm \nDrinks will be provided\, please bring your own lunch \nCost: Members £22.
