Relax\, release stress and tension\, build your flexibility and resilience both physically and mentally/spiritually. \nIn the embrace of a supportive community\, we embark on a quest for mindfulness\, delving into the rich tapestry of self-awareness. Hayley’s expert guidance seamlessly weaves together breath and movement\, creating a harmonious symphony that resonates within. \nExpect a grounding guided meditation during shavasana\, a moment of serene reflection and restoration. As you surrender to this tranquil state you’ll find your mind calming and your spirit rejuvenating.
