EFT Workshop (Emotional Freedom Technique) with Lynda Rose

This workshop is for those who want to gain knowledge in helping themselves, their families and their friends through tapping the meridian lines throughout the body.

Lynda will teach you the art of tapping the meridian lines which in turn creates healing in the mind, body and soul.

• Tapping certain points on the body where the energy has become stagnant, often creating pain in the physical body
• The foggy mind
• Tapping can help you deal with self sabotage
• Tapping can help with phobias
• Tapping can also help boost confidence

Workshop will run from : 10:30am – 4:00pm
